Ground Shared Network

Our Ground Shared Network Solution is the catalyst for transformation of CEVA’s Ground Business. Aligned with CEVA’s Ground Strategy, it contributes to operational efficiencies and cost reduction. Powered by Matrix® TMS, FSS and SCI we can deploy this solution rapidly. It has a low implementation cost due to standard, re-usable and turnkey capabilities.

Our Ground Network solution has two offerings:

Standard GSN: is a country based shared CL & FM transportation network. We have implemented this solution in Chile, Peru, Spain, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Canada, Philippines and US etc.

Advanced GSN: is the CEVA Ground Network comprised of CEVA Stations and Hubs supporting Pick-up and Delivery; linehaul, brokerage and spot buy operations. We are implementing this solution in North America (North America’s CEVA Ground) and Turkey (CEVA Ground Turkey FTL). It is in the pipeline for deployment in Australia and Italy. This solution will transform the CEVA Ground operations all over the world.

Contract Logistics

The flexibility that highly configurable modules of Matrix® Supply Chain Platform offer; enables us to meet the demands of our customers in the Contract Logistics space. Managed Transportation

Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) synchronize CEVA Operations and other Carriers/3PL’s with clear work instructions and dynamic decision-making process throughout the customer’s supply chain ensuring impeccable execution. Matrix® SCM orchestrates the integrated supply chain by connecting with CEVA Enterprise systems – One Freight System, Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System, Brokerage; and external carrier systems to provide an effective end-to-end solution.

SCS covers key operational areas of Order Management, Supplier Management, Planning and Optimization, Supply Chain Execution, Visibility and Event Management, Disruption Management, Freight Bill Audit and Financial Settlement, Network Performance Management, Transportation and Solution Design; and Procurement and Carrier Management with repeatable proven processes.

Matrix® SCM along with Matrix® FSS and Matrix® SCI that are natively integrated with it; deliver an end-to-end supply chain management capability that is unbeatable. Matrix® FSS provides the entire gamut of freight bill audit and financial settlement capabilities. Matrix® SCI offers powerful KPI and reporting capabilities that are a part of this solution.
